Q. What is The Claremont Colleges Advantage?
A.The Claremont Colleges are a cluster of autonomous colleges, 5 undergraduate and 2 graduate schools, each with a unique academic profile. This educational consortium includes Claremont Graduate University, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Keck Graduate Institute, Pitzer College, Pomona College, and Scripps College .
Each school has its own student body, faculty, campus and all are geographically contiguous.
The career centers function collaboratively, providing employers with access to over 6,000 highly qualified and competitive individuals—The Claremont Colleges advantage. By posting a job or internship with any one of us, you immediately access students at all of the schools, effectively broadening your scope.

A. The Claremont College student is highly accomplished academically with strong personal and professional expectations. Q. What is "NACELink" and how does it work?
A. NACELink, created by the National Association of Colleges Employers and powered by Symplicity, is the online software program used by The Claremont Colleges. Each school has independently branded this system. The content is shared across all Claremont colleges, so you only have to post a job or internship once to reach all students. This branding helps connect students to their respective career office.

A. Yes. Though individually branded, The Claremont Colleges use the same web-based recruiting system. That means you post your job only once and we do the rest.

A. In addition to posting on NACElink, we can send targeted emails on your behalf, highlight your job in a variety of newsletters, and share information with relevant faculty members on campus.
